Terms & Conditions

The Chart Purchaser is aware that the FAA is the source of information on the charts. WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION is an “Approved Provider” of the FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, (FAA). WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION has agreed with FAA to print, sell, and distribute FAA Visual, Enroute, and Planning Charts.

The WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION makes no express or implied warranties as to any matter arising under this Agreement, or as to the ownership, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any property, including any chart, product, equipment and/or device that may be provided under this Agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the Chart Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION, its officers, agents and employees from all causes of action, suits or claims arising out of the work performed under this Agreement. The WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION assumes no liability for any losses arising out of any actions or inactions by Chart Purchaser, its sales outlets or employees of sales outlets, contractors, or any third party acting on its behalf. In no event will the WILLIAMS & HEINTZ MAP CORPORATION be liable for claims for consequential, punitive, special and incidental damages, claim for lost profit, or other indirect damages.

Refund Policy

A navigation chart or related product becomes obsolete on the next published effective date. The Chart Purchaser and/or its sales outlet(s) shall not sell obsolete products. Zero (0) obsolete returns will be accepted. There will be no refunds.

Shipping Policy

The Chart Purchaser shall establish a “Ship To” address under its Chart Purchaser account number for itself and each established sales outlet in its network. Navigation charts will be shipped to the Chart Purchaser’s shipping address and/or to their sales outlets “Ship To” address(s) as designated by the Chart Purchaser.

Privacy Policy

The parties agree that they will take appropriate measures to identify and protect proprietary, privileged, or otherwise confidential information that may come into their possession as a result of their respective duties, obligations, rights and responsibilities under this Agreement.
